Student Schedule
Full-Time Students:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:
8:30 AM - 8:50 AM: Morning Prep Time
Students check assignments/projects, set goals, and prep for the day.
8:50 AM - 9:20 AM: Goal Setting & Check-In
Monday: Setting fitness goals and nutrition logs.
30-minute circle-up check-in for all students.
9:20 AM - 10:20 AM: Fitness Lesson & Activity
Monday & Wednesday: Fitness lesson and activity.
Thursday: Students do their own fitness activity of choice.
10:20 AM - 10:40 AM: Snack Break & Hydration
20-minute break for snack, hydration, and cool-off.
10:40 AM - 11:20 AM: Curriculum Work
Math (Monday), Social Studies (Wednesday), or Literature (Thursday).
11:20 AM - 12:00 PM: Lunch Prep & Serving (1st Group)
Students assigned to lunch prep begin preparing and serving lunch.
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: Lunch
All students eat lunch together.
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM:
1st Group: Clean-up after lunch.
2nd Group: Return to curriculum work.
1:00 PM - 2:40 PM: Self-Paced, Student-Centered Learning
Students work independently on self-paced activities, projects, or personalized assignments.
2:40 PM - 3:10 PM: Reflection & Recapture
Reflect on the day and set goals for the off days.
3:10 PM - 3:30 PM: Facility Clean-Up and Dismissal
Students clean the facility (Laundry, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, and learning areas).
Part-Time Students (Choose 2 Days from Monday, Wednesday, Thursday):
The part-time students will follow the same schedule as the full-time students, attending on their selected days.
